- a bathroom
- a separate toilet

- a furnished living room: television, table, corner sofa and chairs

Pillows and duvets provided
Gas, water and electricity included (electric heating and air conditioning)

A parking space is reserved for each flat and is just a few dozen metres away.

As the area is pedestrianised, making it impossible to park in front of the mobile home.
